Mycutemoment + Preparation + Training

It is true that July is not so busy for us. In fact we only have 3 jobs at the end of the month. Falls on the same date which is 25/7/09. One in Selangor and 2 in Pahang. This have given a chance for all of mycutemoment photographers and member to finish all pending work and train somemore for future events. Now, I can say we have new tricks in our sleeves to share with future brides and groom. Of course, we need to be better from time to time right. Not to say the previous one is not good that it... :P Just saying that we are getting better. We should rite or else why must we be in this business.

Preparation for the BIGGEST Bridal Exhibition is also on its way... On schedule and most probably wil settle soon. I want to make sure that everything is in order and ready 1 week before the event to ensure nothing is missing. So do come and join us there k.

Back to training, some of our photographer has open their own website and blogs carrying mycutemoment name together with it. This is done in order for them to update news on their lifes, training and works. Of course we will also showcase some of their best work here but to know more personally with our photographer, you can simpy click on their links on the right side of this blogs. Biggest Bridal Exhibition - Yes, we are in!!

Yes Folks, we are in! Kitorang dah confirm join the exhibition above. So cam saya cakap sebelum nie, bawak laa mak abah, adik sedara mara, atuk nenek... mereka dan keluarga mereka semua berkunjung ke booth kami. Kitorang akan adakan launching of the new name MYCUTEMOMENT during event nie. Sambil tunjukkan hasil kerja kami. Selain tue ada juga games dan cabutan bertuah. Price Over Quality

Folks,

Do remember this is your wedding day we are talking about. It only happen once. Dont you want your photographer to do their best during your event. To capture the best photos. To ensure your memoir are full of sweet and cute moment till your old days. Won't you want your children says how cute and pretty their mothers back then and wouldnt you want them to say they want to be like you someday... as pretty, cheerful and lively as you during their wedding too.

All of that is priceless as compared to the charges photographers are charging you during your wedding. Just remember one thing, for us, quality moment shot with beautiful angle, moments that is shot with colors and sharpness. That is what we want to gain for u. Editing to make it look gothic or even black and white picture must only be done as minimal as possible and only when it is needed. It is important to make sure our photos, colors comes out as original as the wedding day itself. Do take note that we want to remember the day as cheerful as it was and if possible more and there is no other way to do it besides having the best original photos taken that day to remind us of it.

The pure unposed laughter and smiles. That is the sweet and cute moment we want. So, don't be scared to invest a bit with us to ensure your beautiful moments are not lost forever.

Untuk Apa Anda Membayar Jurugambar Anda?

Apabila anda mengupah seorang jurugambar untuk merakamkan gambar majlis perkahwinan anda, beliau akan mengenakan sejumlah harga tertentu bagi perkhidmatannya. Sekiranya anda tidak memahami akan proses yang terlibat dalam menghasilkan gambar perkahwinan, anda tentu akan menganggap harga yang dikenakan adalah tidak setimpal. Berikut saya senaraikan 5 kos utama yang sebenarnya terlibat dalam menghasilkan gambar perkahwinan:

1. Kos Peralatan Kamera Untuk menghasilkan gambar perkahwinan yang baik memerlukan kamera yang berkualiti. Satu set kamera digital yang baik berharga dalam lingkungan RM 10,000. Selain dari kos pembelian, kos pemeliharaan juga diambil kira. Set kamera ini perlu dinaiktaraf, diservis dan diperbaiki jika berlaku kerosakan. Peralatan digital mengalami susut nilai yang lebih cepat berbanding peralatan kamera analog. Dengan mengambil kira semua kos inilah jurugambar mengenakan harga tertentu untuk perkhidmatan mereka. Ini bermakna, selain mengupah jurugambar, anda juga sebenarnya membayar kos ‘sewa’ peralatan mereka.
2. Kemahiran Jurugambar untuk menjadi seorang jurugambar yang baik, seseorang itu perlulah mempunyai kemahiran fotografi yang tinggi. Selain dari itu, jurugambar juga perlu mempunyai kemahiran lain seperti kreativiti, pandai berkomunikasi, mempunyai citarasa yang tinggi dan kemahiran lain. Kemahiran ini hanya dapat dikuasai dengan pengetahuan, latihan dan pengalaman. Ini bermakna, semakin tinggi kemahiran seseorang jurugambar itu, semakin tinggi pula harga yang akan dikenakan untuk perkhidmatannya.
3. Masa Perkhidmatan Jurugambar adalah seorang profesional. Ini bermakna, beliau hanya akan mendapat bayaran dari kerja perkhidmatan yang dilakukan. Seseorang jurugambar cuma boleh merakam gambar untuk satu majlis sahaja pada sesuatu masa. Ini bermaksud, masa adalah satu faktor yang amat bernilai kepada seseorang jurugambar. Dengan itu, jurugambar mengenakan harga untuk perkhidmatannya berdasarkan berapa lama masa yang perlu diambil untuk sesuatu tugasan. (nicatech tidak mengenakan bayaran berdasarkan masa tetapi mengikut majlis, unlimited time)
4. Perkhidmatan Selepas Rakaman setelah jurugambar selesai merakam gambar untuk majlis perkahwinan anda, tugas beliau sebenarnya tidak habis di situ sahaja. Beliau perlu menyunting kesemua gambar yang telah dirakam dengan memilih gambar yang terbaik sahaja. Sekiranya perlu, gambar yang terpilih akan diperbaiki lagi dari segi kecerahan, kontras, warna, ketajaman, komposisi dan sebagainya. Seterusnya, barulah gambar anda tadi akan dicetak. Selepas cetakan gambar siap, jurugambar akan meneliti kembali kualiti cetakan gambar. Gambar yang tidak sempurna akan dicetak kembali agar mencapai tahap kualiti yang dikehendaki. Akhir sekali, kesemua gambar-gambar tersebut akan disusun ke dalam album sebelum diserahkan kepada pelanggan.
5. Kos Material Selain Dari Kos Perkhidmatan yang disebutkan di atas, kos material juga terlibat dalam menentukan harga perkhidmatan seseorang jurugambar. Antara kos material yang terlibat ialah kos pengangkutan, cetakan gambar, album, bil telefon, kos promosi serta lain-lain kos peniagaan.

Dengan mengetahui kos sebenar yang terlibat dalam menghasilkan gambar perkahwinan, diharap anda akan lebih menghargai peranan seorang jurugambar walaupun anda terpaksa mengeluarkan sejumlah wang untuk membayar perkhidmatannya. Important Things to Consider When Choosing an Engagement or Wedding Photographer

Your engagement and wedding photos are the most lasting remembrance of the event and that makes them very important to every couple. Therefore, it is important for all future bride and groom to understand what they are looking for when searching for a wedding photographer. Due to that, we at Nicatech would want to share with you some tips on what to consider when choosing your engagement or wedding photographer.

1. Has this person photographed other weddings? Does he/she do this for a living or for fun?

Nicatech consist of experienced photographer which previously involved in weddings, engagements and events photographing as a freelance. We have a total experience of 2 years doing events all around Malaysia. To show our further commitment and dedication towards our customers, we have also established a company named “Nicatech Enterprise” registered under “Companies Commission of Malaysia” (SSM). The company was established to further show our commitment and seriousness in the photography business to all our future customers. We hope by having a more formal setup, it will help to convince our customers that Nicatech means business and will surely deliver an extravagant job to them!

2. Are the images that you are shown, what you would like to see? There are "buzz" words flying about everywhere about photojournalism, formal, classic candid, and so on. Do you want a mixture of black and white or only color photos?

For us in Nicatech, every customer is unique and different. During our photography session, it is all about you. It’s your BIG day anyway. We will make sure that we deliver as what you want (of course we will guide you along the way). It is important for us to understand what you want us to deliver and what you want to see in your pictures and your album. With this, we can guarantee you that our deliverables will be with quality all the way.

3. Is this the photographer that will be photographing your wedding or will they send in whoever is available? Don't be shocked, this happens more often than you can imagine. Be certain that you know which photographer is going to be there and that you see HIS/HER work and meet with that individually face to face.

4. Is the photographer that you meet someone that you can get along with? Is the "chemistry" there?

Imagine, you have spent months preparing for your perfect wedding. You have selected everything, including your photographer, whose selection of work was outstanding and the photographer’s personality was also wonderful. You really clicked with him (WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT!) and felt very comfortable with your decision of hiring him. You really looked forward to interact with this person throughout your special day because you got along with him so well. A huge weight has been lifted from you because one of your biggest concerns was being able to find a photographer not only whose work you loved, but whose personality clicked with yours as well. After all, you want to be as comfortable with this person as possible since you’ll be dealing with him throughout your entire wedding day!

So, the big day comes and you’re nervously getting ready. Suddenly, there’s a knock on your door. ‘Oh, that must be my photographer!’ you exclaim excitedly. With a smile from ear to ear you rush to the door excited to greet this kind person with whom you’ve meshed so well during your many conversations over the past several months. You open the door and greet... a strange looking unshaven man in rumpled clothing that you’ve never seen before in your life!

‘Hello...’ he spews, ‘I’m your photographer!’...

There’s really no need for us to continue with this very true horror story. The scene just gets uglier from there, and yes, this has happened more than once! So right now you’re probably thinking ‘But she didn’t hire HIM! Where’s her knight in shining camera equipment???’

With Nicatech, this will never happen. It is at our utmost attention to make sure that you will be comfortable with our photographer. He will be meeting you at least once or twice (or even more if you want it) to understand and to get to know you and future HUSBAND/ WIFE better. Of course, to get the chemistry working before your BIG day arrive.

5. Although, the last thing you want to do is shop by price, is this person within your budget? If not, is he or she worth the price difference? Make sure you understand what everything costs, including reprints and albums.

Quality comes with a price. However, we can guarantee you that all our pricing and packages are very competitive as compared to the current market. During our meeting, we will show you some of our work/style. We will also find out what your preferences is, we will informed you how many shots estimated will be taken, what key things that will be recorded, how the shots will be used (print etc), and other details. This is because, we in Nicatech feels that it is important that all our customers understand fully our packages and what they are getting for the price they are paying.
